AS-BUILT DRAWINGS

Whether you are a building owner, developer, property management firm or real estate broker it’s important to have accurate As-Built documents of your existing asset if you are planning to lease or make alterations. This can include both exterior and interior building plan information to convey existing layouts, space relationships and area measurements to potential tenants or to serve as a basis for improvements. We survey all commercial building types including office, industrial and manufacturing.

WYC keeps subcontracting to a minimum, so we keep control of the finished product.
