COMPANY PROFILE
WYC Project Management Team was founded with the mission of providing objective Client representation, project programming, construction administration, facilities management and move coordination to our clients. WYC office was founded in 2007 to better serve and support the growing need for our services. Over time, we have grown to become one of the most respected project management firms and have managed projects locally. Since 1996, we have worked with clients totaling thousands of square meters of space in virtually every type of business. Some specific industries have included; airport, hotels, resorts, golf courses, legal, manufacturing, business services, telecommunications, high-tech, health care, biotech, school/institutional, financial services and many others.
The WYC Project Management team is comprised of full-time Professional Filipino Project Executives, Managers, Architects and Engineers who interact to solve problems. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in general contracting, architecture, design, systems furniture, relocation, facilities management and CAD/CAFM.
WYC Project Management Team is not compensated through vendor commissions or by percentage of project incentives. However, our constant interaction with the various vendors gives us buying power and ensures that they provide our clients the highest level of service and attention to detail. All revenues are generated on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring that there are no hidden agendas, and that our clients’ best interests are truly represented. WYC Project Management Team is not owned by or affiliated with any companies or vendors.

WYC PMT Methodology
The major components of WYC Project Management’s Methodology are People, Process and Tools. WYC Project Management Team harnesses many years of combined staff knowledge, training, expertise and experience in conjunction with our standard operating procedures and latest technological tools to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
People
Our team of experienced project management professionals comes to us with backgrounds in architecture, engineering, interior design, space planning, construction, real estate, move management and facilities management. We are constantly investing in the development of our staff through monthly internal staff training classes as well as external continuing education, certifications and industry organization participation.
Process
Our Process consists of a defined set of procedures and templates that enable each and every client to be approached in a consistent, productive and efficient manner. This Process defines roles and responsibilities, enables effective communications, manages client expectations and insures quality implementations, which in turn, leads to satisfied clients and employees.
Tools
Our Tools consist of standard forms and templates to maintain continuity and to establish a method of quality control. The Tools are comprised of over 90 templates and forms that have been developed to ensure seamless support to the Process and provide a uniform information gathering and dispersing process. These tools include templates for project budgets and schedules, proposals (RFPs) and bid analysis, asset inventory, construction documents, move procedures, etc. and can be customized for each of our client’s individual needs.
WYC Project Management’s use of technology and automation allows us to be more efficient, reduce costs and provide more consistent service to our clients. We spend less time “reinventing the wheel” and more time providing value added service to our clients.
Our Project Management Methodology reflects over 15 years in business as a project management / owner’s representation firm and we continue to refine and modify it to reflect the changing needs of the built environment, technology and our clients.

The primary responsibilities are to manage and control triple project constraints by ensuring project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope. Critical to successful project management involves maintaining project alignment to the strategic goals and mission of WYC Project Management Team; whether projects are managed for the benefit of the Division of Operations or for mission-critical purposes that benefit the entire Enterprise and surrounding community. Incorporating project management administration with best practice methods and standards that are based on WYC Project Management Team strategic plan or single in purpose and scope ensure consistency is applied effectively.

Architect Willie Y.Chua – President and C.E.O.
Arch’t. Willie is the president and owner of WYC Project Management. He has over 19 years of experience in design and planning, construction, facilities and move planning management. Member, UAP Philippines.
Architect Manuel P. Limgenco – Design Associates
Arch’t. Manuel has over 19 years of experience in design management, construction, facilities and move planning management. Member, UAP Philippines.
Architect Igdimidio C. Aragoza Jr. – Managing Director
Arch’t. Igdimidio has over 25 years of experience in the design management and construction industry, 15 years of which are exclusive to Commercial Buildings and Hotel Project Management. Member, UAP Philippines.
Mr. Henry G. Arevalo – Project Manager
Henry has over 19 years of extensive experience both locally and internationally in project Management, Services and Consultant (MSC) with multinational firms, 10 years of which are exclusive to Academic facilities. In additions to design and management of 5-star Hotels and industrial sub-station projects.

Programming & Pre-Construction Services
This is the first phase of any project and is where most of the money and timing decisions are made. It should not be minimized or taken lightly. Companies that skip or shortcut this process pay for it many times over as the project progresses. It is important to generate a clear project direction, budget and schedule before proceeding to avoid making costly mistakes and causing delays.
